Arthur Limper joins safety solutions team
Downingtown, PA – ValSource is pleased to announce the appointment of Arthur Limper as the new Senior Safety Consultant. Limper will be a key contributor to the development of a comprehensive safety solution that combines ValSource expert consulting services with PIMSHQ’s innovative safety software, leveraging technology for a more proactive and effective safety culture.

Limper has over four decades of experience in project management, construction management, and construction safety program development in the pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, waste treatment, laboratory, petro-chemical, general industrial and heavy commercial fields. Limper’s career has been marked by a dedication to enhancing safety protocols and promoting best practices across all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations. His proficiency in risk assessment, safety audits, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in supporting clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Limper studied Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering Tech at Louisiana State University and has undergone extensive training in safety management and regulatory compliance throughout his career. From 2002-2021, Limper led Global Construction and Safety at Merck & Co. Global Engineering Solutions and was responsible for the development and implementation of Merck’s award-winning Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program for employees and contractors, which produced year-to-year, continuous drops in recordable and DART injuries. Limper has received numerous industry awards for his accomplishments including the following recognitions from the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT); Global Engineering Solutions Safety Leadership Award (2009), Safety Excellence Award (2009); Project Performance and Safety Execution Award (1999-2006).
